After the project, whether it is land or property that needs to be demolished or developed, we will get in touch with the owner, or in some cases, we will contact a local buying agent to help negotiate the best price for you.

Many of these properties are not listed with traditional agents and are sourced off-market, which gives you an advantage.

Additionally, we can allocate a property that doesn't have planning permission in place yet. However, based on our experience in conjunction with the national planning policy framework, we can establish if there is an opportunity to take an existing building or land through the planning process. This could add additional value.
